Chapter 1

Jesus Christ, who is the Son of God, came forth from the aeons in order that he might pass through every one of them and observe within each aeon what it truly is, what sort of aeon it is, and so that he could take on the role of a son together with goodness. O brother, their ending will come. And he will reveal to them what is true — sayings full of wisdom that he speaks at the beginning in tales and riddles.

Once he proclaims these things, Death will be shaken and grow furious — not he alone, but also his companion archons who rule the world, and the powers and authorities, the goddesses and the gods, along with the leading angels. All the rulers of the world will conspire concerning him, and they will work to conceal the mysteries. They will commit a disgraceful act against him before everyone. They will do this, while the just will bury him without delay. They will call him "the godless one" and "the impure breaker of the law."

Yet on the third day he will rise again to life, and he will appear to the holy disciples. And the Savior will reveal to them the word that brings life to everyone. And the ones in heaven, the ones on earth, and the ones beneath the earth will utter that word.

Chapter 2

And all of this will take place in his name. This is what they will claim about him: "He was never born," yet born he was; "he takes no food," yet eat he does; "he takes nothing to drink," yet drink he does; "he is uncircumcised," yet circumcised he was; "he has no real flesh," yet he came in a body; "death never touched him," yet suffer he certainly did; "he never rose again," yet rise again he did.

Yet every one of the assemblies and all the peoples will speak what is true — those who receive from you yourself, O Melchizedek, holy one and high priest, the fullness of hope and the endowments of life.
