If your printed book arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it at no charge. This applies to paperback, hardcover and large print.
Returns and replacements
Printed books bought on their own carry a guarantee lasting 30 days. Books bought at the at-cost price are final sale, but you can still get a replacement at no charge if your copy is damaged or faulty.
