Max Pemberton was a British novelist and journalist. He was born in Birmingham, England, in 1863 and died in 1950. He wrote adventure and crime fiction. His novels included The Iron Pirate, published in 1893, and The Lady Evelyn, published in 1906. He also worked as a magazine editor.
