Sweet love, renew thy force; be it not saidThy edge should blunter be than appetite,Which but to-day by feeding is allay’d,To-morrow sharpened in his former might:So, love, be thou, although to-day thou fillThy hungry eyes, even till they wink with fulness,To-morrow see again, and do not killThe spirit of love, with a perpetual dulness.Let this sad interim like the ocean beWhich parts the shore, where two contracted newCome daily to the banks, that when they seeReturn of love, more blest may be the view;Or call it winter, which being full of care,Makes summer’s welcome, thrice more wished, more rare.
Sweet love, renew your strength. Do not let anyone say that your sharpness grows duller than hunger, which is satisfied by food today and returns tomorrow as strong as ever. Be like that, love. Although today you feed your hungry eyes until they close with satisfaction, look again tomorrow. Do not kill the spirit of love with lasting indifference. Let this sad time between meetings be like the ocean separating two shores, where two newly engaged lovers come each day to the water’s edge, so that seeing their love return makes the sight still more joyful. Or call it winter, which is so full of hardship that summer’s arrival becomes three times more welcome, more eagerly wished for, and more precious.

Is the modern version the whole text?
Yes. Every line of the sonnet is here in plain modern English, in the same order, beside Shakespeare's own words.
