Whoever hath her wish, thou hast thy ‘Will,’And ‘Will’ to boot, and ‘Will’ in over-plus;More than enough am I that vex’d thee still,To thy sweet will making addition thus.Wilt thou, whose will is large and spacious,Not once vouchsafe to hide my will in thine?Shall will in others seem right gracious,And in my will no fair acceptance shine? The sea, all water, yet receives rain still,And in abundance addeth to his store; So thou, being rich in ‘Will,’ add to thy ‘Will’One will of mine, to make thy large will more.Let no unkind ‘No’ fair beseechers kill;Think all but one, and me in that one ‘Will.’
Whatever other women may wish for, you have your ‘Will,’ and more ‘Will’ besides, and ‘Will’ to spare. I, who keep bothering you, am more than enough, adding myself to your sweet desires this way. With your desire so large and roomy, won’t you once agree to shelter my desire inside yours? Will desire in others seem welcome, while my desire gets no kind acceptance?
The sea is all water, yet it still receives rain and adds to its abundant supply. So you, already rich in ‘Will,’ should add my one will to your ‘Will,’ making your great desire still greater. Let no unkind ‘No’ destroy your charming suitors. Think of them all as one, and include me in that one ‘Will.’

Is the modern version the whole text?
Yes. Every line of the sonnet is here in plain modern English, in the same order, beside Shakespeare's own words.
