For shame! deny that thou bear’st love to any,Who for thyself art so unprovident.Grant, if thou wilt, thou art belov’d of many,But that thou none lov’st is most evident:For thou art so possess’d with murderous hate,That ’gainst thyself thou stick’st not to conspire,Seeking that beauteous roof to ruinateWhich to repair should be thy chief desire.O! change thy thought, that I may change my mind:Shall hate be fairer lodg’d than gentle love?Be, as thy presence is, gracious and kind,Or to thyself at least kind-hearted prove:Make thee another self for love of me,That beauty still may live in thine or thee.
Shame on you! Deny that you love anyone, since you show so little care for your own future. Admit, if you like, that many people love you, but it is perfectly clear that you love no one. You are so filled with murderous hatred that you do not hesitate to plot against yourself, seeking to destroy that beautiful house whose repair should be your greatest concern. Oh, change your thinking so that I can change my opinion. Should hatred have a more beautiful home than gentle love? Be as gracious and kind as your appearance promises, or at least show yourself some kindness. Create another self out of love for me, so that beauty can keep living in your children or in you.

Is the modern version the whole text?
Yes. Every line of the sonnet is here in plain modern English, in the same order, beside Shakespeare's own words.
