Not from the stars do I my judgement pluck; And yet methinks I have astronomy,But not to tell of good or evil luck,Of plagues, of dearths, or seasons’ quality;Nor can I fortune to brief minutes tell,Pointing to each his thunder, rain and wind,Or say with princes if it shall go wellBy oft predict that I in heaven find:But from thine eyes my knowledge I derive,And constant stars in them I read such artAs ‘Truth and beauty shall together thrive,If from thyself, to store thou wouldst convert’;Or else of thee this I prognosticate:‘Thy end is truth’s and beauty’s doom and date.’
I do not draw my judgments from the stars, and yet I think I know something of astrology. But I cannot predict good or bad luck, plagues, famines, or what the seasons will be like. Nor can I tell anyone's fortune minute by minute, predicting their thunder, rain, and wind, or say whether princes will prosper from the predictions I often find in the heavens.
Instead, I draw my knowledge from your eyes. In those steady stars I read this lesson: truth and beauty will thrive together if you turn from living for yourself to having children. Otherwise, this is what I predict for you: your death will mark the final end of truth and beauty.

Is the modern version the whole text?
Yes. Every line of the sonnet is here in plain modern English, in the same order, beside Shakespeare's own words.
