In The Book of Giants
The Book of Giants calls the Watchers heavenly beings and describes their relationships with human women as forbidden. The children born from these relationships are called the Nephilim, and the passage describes them as giant hybrid children. Elsewhere in the text, dreams trouble the giants, and two of them wake frightened by what they have seen.
In 1 Enoch
The giants eat everything that people work to produce, then turn on humans when there is no longer enough food. Their destruction fills the earth with violence and corruption, and their acts also reach birds, animals, reptiles, and fish.
The text also describes what follows the destruction of the giants, when spirits come from their bodies. These spirits continue to bring destruction without judgment, and the passage describes them bringing suffering, oppression, and misery.
In Jubilees
In Jubilees, God's angels take wives from among human women, and those women give birth to sons who are giants. Another passage describes the Giants killing the Naphil, the Naphil killing the Eljo, and the Eljo killing humans. Jubilees also names the Rephaim as giants and gives their heights as ranging from seven to ten cubits.
