Full many a glorious morning have I seenFlatter the mountain tops with sovereign eye,Kissing with golden face the meadows green,Gilding pale streams with heavenly alchemy;Anon permit the basest clouds to rideWith ugly rack on his celestial face,And from the forlorn world his visage hide,Stealing unseen to west with this disgrace:Even so my sun one early morn did shine,With all triumphant splendour on my brow; But out! alack! he was but one hour mine,The region cloud hath mask’d him from me now.Yet him for this my love no whit disdaineth;Suns of the world may stain when heaven’s sun staineth.

I have seen many glorious mornings when the sun, with his royal gaze, caresses the mountaintops, kisses the green meadows with his golden face, and turns pale streams to gold through heavenly magic. Then he lets the lowest clouds sweep ugly masses across his heavenly face, hiding it from the abandoned world as he slips unseen toward the west in this disgrace. Just so, my sun shone on me one early morning, lighting my face with all his triumphant splendor. But sadly, he was mine for only an hour: a cloud in the sky has now hidden him from me. Yet my love does not despise him at all for this. The world's suns can be stained when even heaven's sun is stained.

Is the modern version the whole text?

Yes. Every line of the sonnet is here in plain modern English, in the same order, beside Shakespeare's own words.
