Neler oluyor?

1. During a pause in diplomatic negotiations, Mr. More visits Antwerp, where Peter Giles introduces Raphael Hythloday.
2. Raphael describes distant societies and his introduction of the compass to sailors, whose new confidence may expose them to danger.
3. Peter and More urge Raphael to advise a king, but he argues that rulers favor conquest and advisers resist unfamiliar ideas.
4. Raphael recalls an English lawyer praising executions for theft at John Morton’s table and challenges their justice and usefulness.
5. He links theft to disabled soldiers, dismissed servants, enclosed farmland, expensive necessities, and wasteful spending, then proposes work and agricultural reform.
6. Morton asks about alternatives to execution, and Raphael argues that equal penalties for theft and murder encourage robbers to kill witnesses.
