Exodul
Moses and the burning bush
God calls Moses to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Moses doubts his ability, but God promises to help him.
In Exodus, Moses approaches a bush that burns without being consumed and is told to remove his sandals because the ground is holy.

The crossing of the sea
With Pharaoh’s army pursuing them, the Israelites reach the sea. God opens a path through the water, allowing them to escape.

The covenant at Sinai
At Mount Sinai, God gives the Israelites laws, including the Ten Commandments. Their worship of a golden calf breaks their agreement with God, but the covenant is later renewed.
In Exodus, Moses comes down from the mountain, sees the golden calf and the dancing, and breaks the stone tablets in anger.
