My book arrived damaged or defective

We're sorry — and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

We'll send a brand-new replacement, and there's nothing to return: keep or recycle the damaged copy.

Email support@libraryofalexandria.com with your order number, a quick photo of the damage, and your shipping address, and we'll get the replacement on its way with a tracking link.
