Co se stane

1. Locksley reaches a forest meeting place with Gurth and Wamba, orders his followers to gather, and sends scouts toward Torquilstone.
2. At Copmanhurst, the hermit and the Black Knight interrupt their drinking and disguise their entertainment as prayer.
3. Locksley demands the hermit’s help, and Wamba helps the priest change into green clothing.
4. Locksley appeals to the Black Knight’s duty toward England and oppressed captives, and the knight agrees to help.
5. The hermit drinks and washes at the fountain, then joins the armed party as Locksley urges everyone toward their meeting place.
