I did not get my sign-in code

If your sign-in code has not arrived, check your spam folder and the email address you used to start, then ask for a new code. You do not need a password to sign in.

The library sends your sign-in code to your email. Check these things if you have not received it:

Look in your spam folder.
Check that the email address is the one you used to start.
Ask for a new code.

If that does not help, a person will help you and answer by email.
