How do I open a gift?

To open your gift, go to the gift page, type the code from your email, and sign in or create an account with your email. Your gift year starts when you open it and lasts 365 days.

1. Go to the gift page.
2. Type the gift code from your email.
3. Sign in or create an account with your email.
4. Start reading and listening.

Sign in has no password. We send a code to your email.

If your gift code does not work

• We do not know this code: check the code and try again.
• This code has already been used: the gift code has already been opened.
• This gift was cancelled and cannot be opened: you cannot open this gift.

A gift code has letters and numbers. If you cannot find it, the giver's confirmation email has it too.

If you already read with us, your code waits. You can open it when your plan ends, or give it to someone else.

If you still cannot open your gift, a person will help.
