If you are not satisfied with a printed set or volume, email support@libraryofalexandria.com within 365 days of delivery and we will reply within one business day with return instructions.
Refunds require a return. To receive a refund, return the printed volumes to our U.S. fulfillment center in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — for both U.S. and international orders. Once your return reaches us, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
eBooks, audiobooks, and the digital library are delivered and unlocked immediately and are non-refundable. Your digital bonuses are yours to keep even if you return a printed set.
Memberships are recurring paid plans offered monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime in your account in one click or by emailing support@libraryofalexandria.com. Cancellation stops all future billing; it does not refund or prorate the current paid period. Paid membership charges, including the initial payment for an annual plan and any renewal, are non-refundable.
If we offer a free trial, you may cancel during the trial through your account to prevent the membership from converting to a paid plan. If the trial has already converted and a payment has been processed, that payment is treated as a paid membership charge and is non-refundable. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights that apply under applicable law.
Printed editions ordered through membership are made to order and sold at our cost, and are final sale — non-refundable and non-returnable. Damaged or defective copies are always replaced free of charge.
We replace it free of charge — no return needed. Email a photo to support@libraryofalexandria.com within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no cost to you.
