Shipping protection is an optional line in your basket. It is off unless you choose it, and it means a parcel that is lost, stolen or damaged is reshipped at no charge.
You do not have to choose shipping protection when you order paperback, hardcover and large print books.
If your printed book arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 14 days and we replace it at no charge. Read what to do if your printed book is damaged.
