- Choose your edition, paperback or hardcover, and your type size, standard or large print.
- Add the book to the basket.
- Check out, reviewing the shipping before you pay.
Each edition shows its price on the book's page before you order. With your plan, you can order at cost. You can also buy a printed book on its own.
Large print has larger type and more space between lines. Each copy is printed when you order, then sent to your door. Printed books ship worldwide.
Printed books sent to Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile or Peru need the recipient's tax number for customs. Digital books and your plan never need one. For more, see Why does my printed order need a tax number?
