Which printed editions are there?

You can choose paperback, hardcover and large print, at cost. Large print has larger type and more space between lines.

Any book can be printed in these editions:

Paperback, with standard print pages of 6 x 9 inches.
Hardcover, with standard print pages of 6 x 9 inches.
Large print paperback, with pages of 8.5 x 11 inches.
Large print hardcover, with pages of 8.5 x 11 inches.
