You can check your printed order in My library under On its way to you. My orders also lists every order with its tracking.
In My library, your order moves through these stages:
- Ordered.
- Printed.
- Shipped.
- Delivered.
Press Track your order to follow its tracking. To see every order, press All your orders, or open My orders.
An order to Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile or Peru waits until we have the recipient's tax number. We email you if it is missing. Read Why does my printed order need a tax number?
Each copy is printed when you order, then sent to your door. If the tracking does not answer your question, a person will help.
