Yes, you can pause your plan for one, two or three months, skip your next payment or choose a new payment date from My plan.
- Open My plan.
- Press Manage or cancel.
- Choose to pause your plan, skip your next payment or choose a new date for it.
When you pause
Nothing is charged while your plan is paused, and your price stays the same. Your access runs to the end of the time you have already paid for. A pause never adds time.
When the pause ends, your plan starts again.
When you skip or move a payment
Skipping your next payment or choosing a new date moves the payment. It does not add time to your access, which runs to the end of the time you have already paid for.
