Refunds require a return. To receive a refund, return the printed volumes to our U.S. fulfillment center in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — for both U.S. and international orders. Once your return reaches us, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Printed editions ordered at the at-cost price through the library plan are made to order and sold at our cost, and are final sale: non-refundable and non-returnable. Damaged or defective copies are always replaced free of charge.

A book printed with your own message or picture is made for you alone. It can't be returned or exchanged, and the 365-day money-back guarantee does not cover it. Because it is made to your own wording, the right to cancel an order within 14 days does not apply once the 2 hours to change your message have passed. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, write to us within 30 days with a photo, and we reprint it or refund it in full.
