In Chapter 13, news of the Christ’s birth spreads through Jerusalem, while Hillel tells Herod that prophecy names Bethlehem as the birthplace. Herod privately questions the three wise men and asks them to report their discovery, but their search proceeds under the guidance of a star that stops above a house.
Hvad sker der?
- Women washing clothes hear about three strangers seeking a newborn king and express different degrees of belief.

- Herod summons the wise men, who explain their divine calling and the salvation they expect.
- Herod gives them gifts, directs them to Bethlehem, and requests word of the child so he can worship him.
- The travelers leave Jerusalem, rejoice at the star’s return, and follow it until it stops over a house.
