About this book

Under wide Western skies, a stubborn rancher stands between ruthless men and the land they want to steal.

In Charles Alden Seltzer’s 'Firebrand' Trevison, the open cattle country is worth fighting for. Dry trails lead past lonely ranch houses and small towns where news travels fast. At the center stands Trevison, a rancher whose fiery nickname fits his refusal to be pushed around.

His opponents are rich, patient and ruthless. They want the land and its wealth, and corruption serves their greed. Against quiet bargains made behind closed doors, Trevison stands for courage, loyalty and the right to keep what he has earned. The conflict gives this Western its clear stakes: who gets to hold the land, and on whose terms?
