Qué sucede

1. Cyrus’s head and hand are severed, Ariaeus’s troops flee, and the king’s men plunder the camp.
2. Camp guards rescue the Milesian woman and defend nearby people and property, but the Phocaean woman is captured.
3. The king regroups with Tissaphernes, whose earlier charge passes through the Greek peltasts without killing any of them.
4. The Hellenes prepare against encirclement, attack again, and pursue the retreating enemy toward a village and mound.
5. Clearchus sends scouts uphill, and Lycius reports that the enemy are fleeing.
6. Still unaware of Cyrus’s death, the Hellenes return to their plundered camp and spend the night mostly without food.
